First day at the beach

We are going to start our day, with the knowledge that the sun will shine and temperature will be around 30 degrees. Heading for the beach, almost rid off our jetlag 
We had breakfast at aquabar, on the far left of the bay. Ruben had the second best French toast ever, after the ‘suikerbrood’ french toast from Schiermonnikoog.
Zeb tripped from a small staircase, has a little bruise on his knee but was soon ok (when we promised him an icecream)

It seems Bondi is the Jewish center of Sydney (or maybe whole Australia), lot’s of kosher places and lots of Israeli.

On the left corner of Bondi Beach there is a kind of swimming pool in the rocks where sea water flows in and out. The pool is embedded in the sea, excellent for the kids. We swam there the whole morning. Around lunch time we put the kids in the stroller and walked around North Bondi.
We made some great pictures on the beach.

We had a relaxed afternoon, S took a pedicure and R watched some of the cricket. In the meanwhile S negotiated a better hotel room. Tomorrow we will be moving to the Honeymoon suite. How will that be Honeymoon suite with kids.

We had dinner together with Helen and Michael Gold, she is executive director for the Keren Hayesod campaign in Sydney. We had dinner in a kosher place called Savion. Good pita with chicken.
